In 2005 M & C Wilkinson Ltd bought a large amount of original series 3 E-Type components including Engines, Gearboxes, Body shells and ancillaries. Ray Parrott a long time customer of M & C Wilkinson Ltd was supplied enough parts to build a brand new series 3 V12.

The car was featured in three issues of Jaguar Enthusiasts Club magazine along with having a page article in Octane magazine after completion.

Ray is pictured here with the completed car. Due to the percentage of original parts used the car was even given a period registration. This making the car the last original V12 E-Type ever made.
